HOME SERVICES We've all experienced it...the feeling of dread sabotaging the end of a fabulous vacation knowing that you have to come home to a pile of mail, bills, phone calls, dusting/vacuuming, moldy food in the fridge, an overgrown lawn, dead plants, and a million cluster flies! These home services are offered to help extend the vacation feeling and reduce the stress of coming home. Also great for second home-owners, anniversaries, gift certificates or just because! Pick and choose from this list so we can create and price a package that's just right for you. Mail: bring in, sort, open & sort, throw away and pretend it never arrived! Plants: water & feed Clean: dust, vacuum, mop, clean windows, change linens, turn-down beds, remove dead bugs/critters, take out trash Administration: pay bills, make reservations, listen to and write down voicemail messages, do filing, send out invitations, address and stamp envelopes Errands: Shopping, dry cleaning, post-office runs Visits with Elderly: have someone check in on an elderly friend or relative while you're out of town

Feed, water, play, walk, groom, poop patrol, kitty litter change & clean-up, pet taxi and more DOG HIKES!
This is a great service if you're on a budget but want to have your dog exercised and socialized during the day. We will pick up your dog, take him for a long hike, and then drop him off home. Its a play date for dogs! Maximum of four dogs per hike. Dogs must be friendly and able to get along with other dogs for this service. Call to find out more about days, times and locations. One hour, two hour and three hour hikes available. DROP IN Short drop-in to transfer keys, check water, turn-off sprinkler system etc. OVERNIGHT CARE When you need someone there all night (8 hours) CALL AT LAST MINUTE
In order to guarantee availability, we request that clients give us as much notice as possible before booking our services. If, however, you need last minute service, we will do our utmost to accommodate you at no extra charge if we are available. This service is only available to existing clients who have completed an initial booking consultation.

Contract Clients
CONTRACTS & TERMS
Initial booking consultations are REQUIRED for every new client and for existing clients with new circumstances or animals. Horse and Home needs at least 48 hours notice prior to the consultation. Once a consultation has occurred, clients can take advantage of the "call at last minute" service. Pay As You Go:
50% deposit required at time of booking. Remaining 50% required within 5 days of service to avoid late charges. Contractual Clients: Eligible to clients booking and paying for 4 weeks in advance with a minimum of 4 hours a week. Any number of services from Horse and Home can be combined to achieve the required hours.
HOURS OF OPERATION
During busy times to accommodate clients, Horse and Home may need/choose to operate outside of normal hours. Clients may request appointments outside of normal business hours for a fee of $5.00 per visit (Pay as You Go) or $3.00 per visit (Contractual Clients).

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday
